Nghe An Trade Union implements meaningful activities on Uncle Ho's birthday

On May 19, at many enterprises in the province, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with grassroots unions to organize flag-saluting ceremonies, sing the National Anthem and give gifts to workers.

The activity took place on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), and at the same time responded to Workers' Month 2025.

The flag-raising ceremony was held simultaneously at 5 enterprises, including: Hitex Company Limited (Thai Hoa town), Vinatex Garment Joint Stock Company (Hoang Mai town), Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited - Dien Thanh Station, Vinh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Hung Nguyen district), and Hung Nguyen Irrigation Enterprise.

Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, representatives of local authorities, business leaders and a large number of workers and laborers.

In the solemn and sacred atmosphere of Uncle Ho's birthday, the flag-raising ceremony became an opportunity for units to express patriotism, national pride and the solidarity between workers and the Trade Union organization.

After the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented 100 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances and outstanding workers with achievements in production and labor at 5 enterprises, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the Union's timely care and concern for workers, contributing to adding motivation and encouraging the spirit of overcoming difficulties in work and life.

Implemented and maintained by Nghe An Trade Union for the past 2 years, the flag-raising ceremony and singing of the National Anthem during Workers' Month is not only a meaningful cultural and spiritual activity but also promotes the role of trade union organizations, aiming to build a team of Nghe An workers with bravery, intelligence, and discipline, in line with the theme of Workers' Month 2025: "Vietnamese workers take the lead in entering a new era".
