Accordingly, the Long Bien Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board implements short-term leasing of 2 land plots with a total area of 16,971.0 m2, specifically:
1. Land plot CT belongs to plot CT1 in a part of planning plot E.6/NO4 (Co Linh Road), area 4,724.0 m2, is unused vacant land, no construction on the land. Lease term is 01 year; purpose of leasing for commercial services, sales kiosks; starting rental price is 524,736 VND/m2/year.
2. The planned area for low-rise housing construction belongs to land block CT1 in a part of planning block E.6/NO4 (Co Linh Road), the area is 12,247.0 m2, is unused vacant land, there is no construction on the land. The lease term is 01 year for the purpose of leasing as a temporary parking lot; the starting rental price is 253,620 VND/m2/year.
Subjects registered to participate in land lease
For individuals: Age from 18 years old or older, have full civil act capacity according to the provisions of law, have permanent residence in Vietnam;
For organizations: Must have a Business Registration Certificate with a business line suitable for the rental purpose issued by a competent state agency.
Organizations and individuals are not allowed to register to participate in land leasing: (1) Those who do not have civil act capacity, those who have lost or have limited civil act capacity; (2) Those who work in agencies or units that manage leased land; (3) Those who owe land use fees, house and land rent to the State; Those who have won the auction but have not yet complied with the decision on administrative sanctions on land and construction.
Terms of lease
1. Deposit not less than 20% of the total land rental value according to the proposed unit price.
2. Not allowed to build permanent structures and must commit to voluntarily demolish the structures when notified by the Long Bien Ward Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board about the termination of the contract, not to be compensated for land, assets and investment costs on land.
3. The contract will show the content of adjusting the rental price to increase by 5% every 24 months when the Long Bien Ward Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board signs a short-term land lease contract with the selected lessee.
Within 30 days from the date of public announcement, organizations wishing to participate must receive the invitation to participate and submit the application to the Investment Project Management Board - Long Bien Ward Infrastructure (2nd Floor - Headquarters of Long Bien Ward People's Committee - No. 199 Bat Khoi Street, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi . Phone number of the responsible officer: 0384470936) including the application for short-term land lease and the registration form for information on participation in short-term land lease (According to form No. 02, 03).
Within 05 working days from the date of expiration of the public announcement, the Long Bien Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board shall notify the selected organization or individual (the Unit with the land lease application and the highest rental price proposal) to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract. After 03 written or telephone notifications to the selected lessee, if the selected lessee does not contact the Long Bien Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract or the selected lessee does not agree with the conditions and content of the contract, the Long Bien Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board shall make a public announcement to select another lessee.
