In the context of strong e-commerce development, small traders in traditional markets are facing many challenges. In order to support people to adapt and develop, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) will announce the Digital Transformation Program for small traders in traditional markets on June 14, 2025, within the framework of the workshop " Cashless payment: Driving force for digital economic growth".

The program aims to equip small traders with knowledge, tools and digital skills through training, support for livestream sales, use of management software, cashless payments and promotion on e-commerce platforms.
This is an important step to help small traders expand their market, increase revenue, manage effectively and gradually affirm their position in the modern digital economy.

Samsung files lawsuit against TCL
Samsung has filed a lawsuit against TCL in Texas federal court, accusing the Chinese smartphone maker and its affiliates of infringing on three patents related to OLED display technology.
The lawsuit also targets two US companies, Ultimate Eshop LLC and eTech Parts Plus LLC, for allegedly selling or importing replacement OLED displays that infringe on copyright.

Samsung files lawsuit against TCL.
Samsung said TCL had been warned since July 2022 but continued to infringe, with infringing products including the TCL 10 Pro, TCL 20 Pro 5G, TCL 30, TCL 30 5G and TCL 30+. The lawsuit is based on a previous ruling by the US International Trade Commission (ITC), which confirmed the validity of the patent and found infringement.
TCL and related parties have not yet commented on the incident. This strong action by Samsung comes in the context of the company increasing legal actions to protect OLED technology, including the lawsuit against BOE (a Chinese technology company specializing in manufacturing screens and display solutions).
