On behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Duong Quyet Thang presented Certificates of Merit to members of the Board of Directors of the provincial Bank for Social Policies with outstanding achievements contributing to the performance of the Bank for Social Policies in the period 2020 - 2025.

Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank currently has 432 employees. In the period of 2020-2025, the emulation and reward work at Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank achieved many positive results. Thereby, contributing to the implementation of political tasks and promoting socio-economic development, ensuring social security in the area. In the past 5 years, the unit has launched many emulation and reward movements associated with major programs such as: "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh", "Joining hands to build new rural areas", "The whole country joins hands for the poor", "Good at banking, good at housework"...

Thanks to that, Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank has built a team of staff that ensures quality, is good at one thing, knows many things, strives to overcome difficulties with a high sense of responsibility, and fulfills assigned tasks well. The work of TĐKT has contributed to helping banking activities develop stably, increase outstanding loans associated with improving credit quality. By the end of March 2025, the total source of policy credit capital reached over 15.2 trillion VND, an increase of more than 62% compared to the beginning of 2020. The 5-year loan turnover reached over 21.8 trillion VND with 435 thousand poor households and other policy beneficiaries receiving loans.

Monthly, quarterly and yearly, Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank launches practical, flexible and creative emulation movements; the launched content is rich, closely following the assigned professional tasks, associated with the work of building new rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction. In the past 5 years, the branch has had 191 initiatives recognized by the Scientific Research Council; many collectives and individuals have participated in research, learning, innovation, and have new ways of working effectively. Every year, over 90% of cadres and employees achieve the title of advanced workers, 15% of cadres and employees achieve the title of "Basic Emulation Fighter" and other noble emulation titles. Emulation movements are deployed promptly, comprehensively, and the right people, right jobs, and right achievements are evaluated, considered and rewarded, creating motivation for cadres and employees in the unit to work enthusiastically, effectively and responsibly; labor productivity is improved.

At the conference, delegates focused on analyzing the results achieved in the process of implementing emulation movements. At the same time, they frankly acknowledged the limitations, suggested solutions, and drew lessons to make the emulation movement of the unit increasingly effective. In the period of 2025-2030, Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank will innovate and improve the quality of emulation movements, build emulation targets close to the requirements of key tasks; link emulation movements with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; continue to effectively implement emulation movements launched by the Government, Thanh Hoa province, the banking sector and the Social Policy Bank; encourage cadres and employees to work enthusiastically and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Duong Quyet Thang acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the Thanh Hoa Bank for Social Policies has achieved in the past 5 years, especially in policy credit work. Notably, the economic mobilization movements have been systematically implemented, creating motivation for all cadres and employees to strive, spreading responsibility and creativity in work. He requested that the Thanh Hoa Bank for Social Policies continue to proactively advise local Party committees and authorities in leading and directing the effective implementation of Directive No. 39 of the Secretariat on improving the quality of social policy credit in the new period; continue to carry out economic mobilization work well, focusing on setting an example for leaders. At the same time, do a good job of communication, improve the effectiveness of the "Smart Mass Mobilization" model to help poor households and policy beneficiaries easily access preferential capital sources.

Also at the conference, Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank launched an emulation movement, signed an emulation agreement for the 2025-2030 period and approved the list of delegates to attend the Vietnam Social Policy Bank's Advanced Model Conference.
