Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company: Support 1.2 billion VND to overcome flood consequences at schools

On the morning of October 17, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR), Quang Ngai province, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Thai Nguyen organized a visit and gave gifts to encourage a number of schools affected by floods in the province.

Leaders of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented 500 million VND in support to Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to 3 schools, including: Thai Nguyen Specialized High School, Quan Trieu Kindergarten and Gia Sang Kindergarten. These are 3 of the schools that suffered heavy damage due to the impact of storm No. 11 and the floods after the recent storm.

Leaders of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented gifts to students of Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted whose families suffered heavy losses due to floods.

At the schools, the leaders of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, on behalf of more than 1,600 employees of the Company, sent their sincere regards and condolences to the teachers and students - those who have been working hard every day to bring the classroom back to normal. At the same time, they expressed their hope that the schools would soon overcome difficulties, stabilize teaching and learning, so that the sound of school drums and children's laughter could resound in the familiar schoolyard.

Leaders of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented 500 million VND in support to Gia Sang Kindergarten.

On this occasion, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company donated 500 million VND to Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted; 500 million VND to Gia Sang Kindergarten; 200 million VND to Quan Trieu Kindergarten, to support the schools in restoring facilities and teaching equipment after the floods.

 

Leaders of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented support money to representatives of parents of Gia Sang Kindergarten students who suffered heavy damage from floods.

Along with that, 60 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) were also given to students whose families suffered heavy losses, helping them to confidently go to school and continue to nurture their dreams of studying.

Leaders of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented 200 million VND in support to Quan Trieu Kindergarten.

During the recent historic floods, many educational institutions in Thai Nguyen province suffered heavy damage to facilities, equipment, school supplies and books for students. The schools have received attention and support from many organizations, individuals and units inside and outside the province. The community's cooperation and contribution is a testament to the spirit of solidarity, "helping each other" - a fine tradition of the Vietnamese people.
