Ha Tinh Road Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1, formerly Ha Tinh Road Construction and Management Company, has been operating in the field of road and bridge construction and management since 1969.

In 1992, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province decided to re-establish a state-owned enterprise named Ha Tinh Road Construction Company No. 1.

In 2001, the Company was converted from a state-owned enterprise to a joint stock company model according to Decision 3075/QD-UB-TCCQ dated December 11, 2001 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.

MAIN BUSINESS LINES:

1. Road construction.

2. Construction of bridges, culverts, dikes, dams, civil, industrial and technical infrastructure works. Production of construction materials.

3. Import and export of consumer goods, agricultural products and construction equipment.

4. Construction material testing; Construction quality assessment testing (LAS - XD 127).

5. Consulting and supervising civil, industrial, traffic and irrigation works.
