Sharing with VietNamNet , Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai, homeroom teacher of class 9A1, Le Van Thiem Secondary School ( Ha Tinh City, Ha Tinh) said that after the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training announced the entrance score for grade 10 of Ha Tinh Specialized High School, she continuously received good news of passing from students.
Class 9A1 has 37 students taking the entrance exam to Ha Tinh Specialized High School, of which 34 students passed, a rate of 92%. The class's admission rate is 35 because 1 student was admitted to two specialized classes: Math and English.
Specifically, 11 students passed the Math major exam; 10 students passed the English major exam; 4 students passed the Literature major exam; 4 students passed the IT major exam; 2 students passed the Chemistry major exam; 1 student passed the Physics major exam and 2 students passed the History major exam.
In the class, many students achieved high entrance scores for specialized subjects, including some who passed the exam as valedictorians such as: Phan Ha Phuong was valedictorian of English with a total score of 54.2; Nguyen Dang Bao An was co-valedictorian of Math with a specialized score of 7.5 and a total score of 49.75. Le Bao Trung passed both Math and English subjects at the same time.
“When the class achieved high results in the entrance exam to Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted, I was very happy but not too surprised. The 9A1 students are very united, helping each other in their studies, having a good sense of self-study, and attending school regularly. They study proactively. Their passion and desire to assert themselves have helped them overcome pressure and enter the exam with the most stable mindset. This achievement is a testament to the continuous efforts of students and teachers throughout the past school years,” said Ms. Hong Hai.
According to Ms. Hai, today's results are not a random miracle, but the crystallization of many noble values. That is the close guidance and creation of the best conditions in all aspects of the school's Board of Directors; the dedication and inspiration of teachers on each stage of learning; and most importantly, the perseverance, determination to overcome difficulties, and the desire to conquer knowledge of the students themselves.

Thanks to the guidance of the school's Board of Directors and teachers, in this year's provincial student competition, class 9A1 also made a strong impression when 20 students passed the provincial excellent student exam, including many students winning first and second prizes in Math, Literature, and English.
