Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Company celebrates 15 years in Vietnam

The event attracted the participation of 190 customers, affirming the commitment to put customers at the center and promoting cooperation activities to continuously launch outstanding products for the livestock and pet industry.

Since its establishment in 2008, Boehringer Ingelheim Veterinary Medicines Vietnam has built good relationships and strong cooperation with customers and business partners.

The company aims to deliver value through innovation and has launched more than 40 products in Vietnam over the past 15 years. Its diverse product portfolio includes vaccines, parasite prevention solutions, adjuvant treatments with diagnostic and monitoring devices, to help protect and treat diseases in pets and livestock.

In addition to its ongoing efforts to develop innovative pharmaceutical solutions for humans and animals, Boehringer Ingelheim is committed to contributing its expertise and experience to the fight against rabies, especially in disadvantaged areas.

Rabies prevention campaign in Duc Hue, Long An .

The Rabies Eradication Program, implemented by the company in coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committee of Duc Hue district since 2021, has vaccinated nearly 20,000 dogs and cats and is on track to eliminate rabies caused by dogs in Long An province by 2025.

Also in this program, nearly 1,000 students wereeducated about rabies and how to prevent rabid dog bites, helping to raise awareness and knowledge about rabies in the community, especially among children.

Aiming to be carbon neutral in its operations by 2030, Boehringer Ingelheim Vietnam is committed to continuing to reduce carbon emissions and waste from its business operations, in order to minimize the company's impact on the environment.
