Request to clarify the motive for spreading the clip of a man being 'intimate' with many women

Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training requested the police to clarify the motive, purpose and level of violation of the organization and individual who posted the intimate clip with the woman in the office.

On November 11, the leader of the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training informed that the To Hien Thanh High School Council met and agreed to dismiss Mr. NVĐ, Chairman of the School Council, and prepared to send the minutes to the department. The representative of To Hien Thanh High School also confirmed the information about the dismissal of the Chairman of the School Council, a man who appeared in many intimate clips with women.

Regarding the information that the man in the clip is a teacher, the school principal and leader of the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training confirmed that this is completely untrue.

The Department of Education and Training requested the police to investigate the individuals and organizations posting false information, and clarify the motives, purposes and extent of the violations in order to handle them according to the law, in order to protect the reputation and honor of the teaching staff.

Sensitive images were spread on social networks.

Previously, since the afternoon of November 9, social networks have been spreading many images and videos recording the scene of a man, believed to be the leader of a private high school in Ninh Binh - having inappropriate gestures in the office. The incident has caused public opinion to raise big questions about the responsibility and image of the head of the educational institution and affects the reputation of the school.

According to the time on the clip, the incident took place in late 2024 and early 2025, before the merger of the new Ninh Binh province.

Under the post, most netizens expressed outrage. Many people said that if the clip was real, this was an offensive act that affected the image of the educational environment.

After the incident, To Hien Thanh High School sent a report to the Department of Secondary Education and the People's Committee of Hai Hau Commune. The school confirmed that the person appearing in the clip was not the principal, not an officer or teacher in the education sector; and had never taught at any educational institution.

Through the image, the office in the clip is not under the school's management authority.

The incident is being further verified and clarified by the authorities.
