School Board Chairman 'intimate' with many women forced to resign

The man appearing in the video was identified as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of To Hien Thanh High School, Ninh Binh, and was forced to resign.

Speaking to reporters, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Hau Commune, Ninh Binh Province, said that the police are verifying the incident, clarifying related contents such as the people appearing in the clip, the person who posted the video on social networks and the location of the recording. When there are specific results, the unit will have an official report.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 10, the People's Committee of the commune requested the Board of Directors of To Hien Thanh High School to promptly report. The locality also issued a document requesting the school to coordinate with the police to verify and handle the case according to regulations to avoid causing public panic.

Afterwards, the school held a School Board meeting and agreed to fire the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the man who appeared in the clip.

At the same time, the commune authorities also directed the school to stabilize the psychology of teachers and students, ensuring that teaching and learning take place normally. According to the confirmation of the local authorities, the man in the clip is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of To Hien Thanh High School, the head of the school's administration, however, he is not directly involved in teaching.

Earlier, on the afternoon of November 9, social media circulated many images and videos recording a man, believed to be the leader of a private high school, making inappropriate gestures towards many women in the office. The incident quickly attracted public attention, raising questions about the responsibility and image of the head of the school's administration.
