However, the guiding role of the teacher and the active participation of the students remain key factors determining the quality of educational and training activities.
This perspective will be analyzed and shared by over 200 officials, teachers, and lecturers with reputable education experts from Vietnam and Monash University, Australia, at theFPT Educamp education forum organized by the FPT Education Group, FPT Corporation, on November 16th.
At the forum, Dr. Guanliang Chen (Senior Lecturer at Monash University, Australia) is one of the two speakers in the plenary session. He will share a paper on the topic: “Personalized Learning in the AI Era: From an Assessment and Feedback Perspective”.

Dr. Guanliang Chen (Senior Lecturer at Monash University, Australia) argues that the emergence of generative AI is opening up new opportunities while also posing challenges in how educators assess and support learners. Based on recent empirical research, he analyzes how technology can help make the assessment process more formative, focusing on each individual's learning journey rather than just the final outcome.
Joining as a speaker at the plenary session, Dr. Nguyen Chi Hieu (CEO of IEG Global) shared practical insights on applying technology to personalize learning pathways.

With years of research and consulting experience in education in Vietnam and internationally, Dr. Nguyen Chi Hieu will analyze how schools can design curricula, teaching methods, and learning environments that truly empower learners to take ownership of their learning process.
Two perspectives from Australian and Vietnamese education experts will be shared with over 200 FPT staff, teachers, and lecturers. Drawing on their practical professional experiences at FPT, the staff and teachers will share their views on the topic of "Personalized Learning".
Instead of imposing a single template, digital solutions are helping learners in general, and FPT students in particular, develop along their own paths, tailored to their individual abilities, pace, and needs.

In this personalized educational landscape, the role of the teacher is not diminished but becomes even more important. They are not only transmitters of knowledge, but also guides, companions, and inspirers of students' potential. The active and proactive nature of learners, supported by technology, will have a greater chance of flourishing in the learning process.
Not only at FPT, but personalized learning and the application of educational technology to training and school operations are trends attracting the attention of many educational institutions and organizations. Choosing to exchange and share ideas on the scale of an educational forum with the participation of staff, teachers, lecturers, and experts from both within and outside the country demonstrates FPT's proactive approach in anticipating and applying new educational technology trends, better supporting the learning experience of students.
