However, the leading role of the teacher and the positivity of the students are still the key factors determining the quality of educational and training activities.

This perspective will be analyzed and shared by more than 200 officials, teachers, and lecturers with prestigious educational experts from Vietnam and Monash University, Australia, at theFPT Educamp education forum organized by FPT Education Group, FPT Corporation on November 16.

Dr. Guanliang Chen (Senior Lecturer, Monash University, Australia) believes that the emergence of Generative AI is opening up new opportunities, while also posing challenges in the way teachers assess and support learners. Based on recent empirical studies, he analyzes how technology can help make assessment more formative, focusing on the individual learning journey rather than just the end result.

Also participating as a speaker at the plenary session, Dr. Nguyen Chi Hieu (CEO IEG Global) shared a practical perspective on applying technology in personalizing learning paths.

With many years of research and consulting in the field of education in Vietnam and internationally, Dr. Nguyen Chi Hieu will analyze how schools can design programs, teaching methods and learning environments that help learners truly master their learning process.

Two perspectives from Australian and Vietnamese education experts will be shared with more than 200 FPT staff, teachers and lecturers. From their practical experience working at FPT, the staff and teachers will share their views on the topic of “Personalized Learning”.

Instead of imposing a common template, digital solutions are helping learners in general, pupils and FPT students in particular, develop on their own path, suitable to the capacity, speed and needs of each individual.

In this personalized education picture, the role of teachers is not overshadowed but becomes more important. They are not only the ones who impart knowledge, but also the ones who guide, accompany and inspire the potential of students. The positivity and initiative of learners, supported by technology, will have the opportunity to develop better in the learning process.

Not only at FPT, personalized learning as well as the application of educational technology in training activities and school operations are trends that many educational units and organizations are interested in. Choosing to exchange and share at the scale of an educational forum with the participation of staff, teachers, lecturers and experts at home and abroad shows FPT's positivity in anticipating and applying new educational technology trends, better supporting the learning experience of learners.
