Agribank Nam Da Nang and Nong Son branches support 200 million VND to overcome the consequences of storms and floods

This is an activity under the program to support people affected by natural disasters of Agribank Nam Da Nang branch, aiming to share difficulties and help people stabilize their lives soon.

According to statistics after the storm and flood, Dien Ban Dong ward had 1 dead person, 3 houses were eroded; 135 hectares of crops were damaged; 12,000 poultry were killed and swept away; 17 blocks were completely flooded with 4,621 households affected...

It is known that during the recent storm and flood, in the old Dien Ban town area alone, Agribank Nam Da Nang branch donated 500 million VND to help people overcome the consequences.

* Agribank Nong Son branch has just supported 100 million VND to 10 schools in the area and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nong Son and Que Phuoc communes to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa, Deputy Director in charge of operations of Agribank Nong Son branch, said that in addition to direct funding, the unit coordinates with local authorities and relevant agencies to implement many social security support programs, helping the community overcome difficulties after natural disasters.
