At around 2:00 p.m. on June 24, at Km 860+200 on National Highway 1A in Phu Loc district ( Hue city), the working group of the Traffic Police Department of Hue City Police led by Lieutenant Colonel Vu Ngoc Hieu was performing patrol and control duties to ensure traffic order and safety as planned.

While on duty, a couple driving a motorbike with license plate 75K1-218.01 carrying a child suddenly stopped at the Working Group's location in a state of panic. The woman trembled and cried, saying that the child had a high fever, was having convulsions, and was showing signs of being life-threatening.

Immediately after discovering the emergency situation, the Task Force quickly checked the child's condition and immediately used a specialized patrol vehicle to take the child and his family to Phu Loc General Hospital for emergency treatment. During the move, the Task Force called the hospital in advance to assist in receiving the patient.
After initial first aid, the child is now out of danger and is being transferred from the district hospital to Hue Central Hospital for further examination and treatment. It is known that the child's name is Cai Nguyen Bao A., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cai Quoc Viet (living in Hoa Mau village, Loc Tri commune, Phu Loc district).
