At the meeting with voters, the provincial National Assembly deputies focused on informing about the outstanding results of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly , which took place in 35 days and ended at the end of June 2025. At this session, the National Assembly reviewed, commented on and decided on a huge amount of work, of historical significance, with many important contents, closely linked to the requirements of innovation, institutional improvement, and streamlining of the apparatus, which was followed by voters as well as the people, with excitement, expectation and high consensus.

In particular, the National Assembly discussed and passed the Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with the absolute consensus of the National Assembly deputies.

The Delegation had a total of 157 speeches, discussions, debates, and questions in groups and in the hall, focusing on major, practical issues directly related to the lives of people and businesses... The Delegation's opinions were carefully prepared, reflecting local realities, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and constructiveness, in which many proposals were recognized by agencies of the National Assembly and the Government.

Conveying their thoughts to the National Assembly deputies this time, voters of Vinh Hao - a coastal commune bordering Khanh Hoa province (new) reflected many issues that local people have been concerned about in recent times, especially regarding environmental issues. More specifically, voters raised the issue of coal dust from the thermal power plant in Vinh Tan area still affecting the health and daily life of households living nearby; the salinity of the Thong Thuan salt field in the past also had a negative impact on the property and life of local people. In addition, voters also requested that the competent authorities pay attention to resolving a number of issues related to land, investment in sea embankments in Vinh Hao commune, and the high electricity bill in recent months...
