Pursuant to Decision No. 1025/QD-BCA dated February 25, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on the announcement of a list of new administrative procedures, including the field of testing and granting driving licenses and the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security on the assignment of the Traffic Police Department to approve the overall premises of Type 1 and Type 2 Driving Testing Centers, and at the same time grant, re-grant and revoke licenses of Type 1 and Type 2 Driving Testing Centers according to the order and procedures prescribed in Decree 160/2004/ND-CP regulating driver training and testing activities; by July 9, the Traffic Police Department had granted Testing Licenses to 30 Driving Testing Centers that are qualified to operate according to regulations.
Pursuant to Article 35, Circular No. 12/2025/TT-BCA dated February 28, 2025 of the Minister of Public Security regulating testing, granting driving licenses; granting and using international driving licenses, the Traffic Police Department announces and updates the list of 30 driving test centers that have been granted or have had their testing licenses revoked to make it public to the public.
