Dong Thap: After the test, you will have an "electronic driving license" in just 2 hours

Just two hours after completing the driving test, candidates in Dong Thap were able to look up their driving license number on the VNeID application and use it immediately while driving thanks to the quick data processing procedure of the Traffic Police Department, Dong Thap Provincial Police.

Traffic Police Department, Dong Thap Provincial Police arranges free shuttle buses for candidates from Dong Thap to the exam location.

On September 19 and 20, the Traffic Police Department, Dong Thap Provincial Police coordinated with Long An Traffic Technical College (Tay Ninh Province) to organize a Class C driving test for 288 candidates.

These are people who were absent or failed the previous exam, along with cases of expired driving licenses that need to retake the exam to get a new one.

Because Dong Thap province's testing centers are being upgraded, this exam will be held at the Driving Testing Center of Long An Traffic Technical College.

To reduce pressure on candidates, the Traffic Police Department, Dong Thap Provincial Police arranged a free shuttle bus from Dong Thap to the test site. The functional forces also coordinated with the testing center to review records, compare data and update the Traffic Police Department, helping candidates receive their driving license numbers just 2 hours after the end of the testing council.

In particular, the results are synchronized via QR code and updated immediately on VNeID, allowing people to use electronic driving licenses that are as valid as paper copies, convenient for traffic.
