Launching a novel writing contest on a digital platform

In order to bring Vietnamese literature into the era of comprehensive digital publishing, Bookas Audiobook Company launched the novel contest “Digital Literature”. The contest creates opportunities for young authors and creative people to spread their works to millions of readers through modern technology platforms.

The “Digital Literature” contest opens a new literary playground for young people who love literature, promoting the love of writing in modern environments. The contest is open to all authors, writers and young writers who want to tell their stories using new publishing methods. Contest entries are not only present in manuscript form but also have the opportunity to be converted into digital products, helping Vietnamese stories reach further in the new era.

The jury consists of prestigious writers today, including: writer Vo Thi Xuan Ha (Head of the jury), writer Nguyen Dinh Tu (Deputy of the jury) and writer Tong Phuoc Bao (member).

Readers experience listening to audiobooks on the Bookas app

The works are judged according to 4 criteria: Creativity; Art; Ideological value and Ability to spread on digital platforms. The contest includes 3 award groups: Creativity - Integration - Favorite with a total value and gifts of up to 500 million VND. The winning works will be published for free as audiobooks and widely promoted on the Bookas ecosystem.

For authors who have printed books or manuscripts in soft file format but are not yet proficient in using the Bookas application, they can send their entries to the Organizing Committee at: No. 124, Street No. 2, Van Phuc Residential Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
