
In his closing speech, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, said that the outstanding success of this year's Festival was the competition "Shining Journey - Connecting residential culture", where 12 typical examples in the grassroots cultural and artistic movement were introduced with images, emotional stories and connected by music , showing the dynamism, solidarity, civilization and rich identity of residential communities across the country.
The participating groups have carefully prepared and invested creatively in each performance. The audience was led through many typical cultural spaces: from Lo Khe village (Thu Lam commune, Hanoi ) - the cradle of Ca Tru art with the sound of clappers and stone zithers resounding in the ancient space of the Northern countryside; to the simple and affectionate story of "Old farmer" Ut Oi - a typical example introduced by the An Giang group, imbued with the breath of life and love of people in the river region.

The 2025 National Residential Area Mass Arts Festival is an activity of profound political and cultural significance, aiming to honor typical residential areas, collectives and individuals with positive contributions to the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life".
This is also an opportunity for localities to exchange, learn experiences, promote regional cultural identity, and arouse the spirit of solidarity - the foundation of national solidarity. The festival also introduces customs, practices, folk songs, folk dances and traditional costumes of ethnic groups across the country.

After 5 days of competition, 12 groups with 72 performances including solo, duet, trio, choir; independent dance; and traditional musical instrument ensemble brought a colorful artistic space. The results of the competition "Shining Journey - Connecting residential culture".
The Organizing Committee awarded 5 A prizes: An Giang, Hanoi, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Quang Ninh; 7 B prizes: Quang Ngai, Son La, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Phu Tho, Da Nang, Vinh Long. In the art performance section, the Organizing Committee awarded 14 A prizes and 24 B prizes for excellent performances; and also awarded Certificates of Merit to many groups and individuals with outstanding achievements.

The 2025 National Residential Mass Arts Festival has officially ended, but the cultural values, solidarity spirit and emotional artistic moments still remain deeply in the hearts of the public and participating art troupes.
