In zone 3, Thanh Binh village, Dinh Van Lam Ha commune, the water level rose suddenly, reaching a depth of more than 1 meter in some places, severely affecting 20 farming households. A household in the danger zone was urgently evacuated by authorities at 2 a.m.

Up to now, all households in high-risk areas have been safely evacuated; no human casualties have been recorded.
