1. On recognition of admission results
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 10 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants (Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP), the Recruitment Council announces the recognition of the results of the 2025 civil servant recruitment exam of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for 36 candidates.
2. About completing recruitment documents
2.1. No later than 20 days from the date the list of successful candidates is published on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism , successful candidates must complete the recruitment profile, including:
a) Copies of diplomas and certificates as required for the job position (excluding IT and foreign language certificates, except for job positions with specific requirements for IT and foreign language proficiency);
Diplomas issued by foreign training institutions must be translated into Vietnamese and accompanied by a diploma recognition certificate according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training . In case the diploma is exempted from diploma recognition procedures according to regulations in Article 5 of Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BGDDT dated April 15, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training stipulating the conditions, order, procedures, and authority to recognize diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions for use in Vietnam, candidates must submit documents proving that the diploma is exempted from diploma recognition procedures according to regulations.
b) Copy of birth certificate;
c) Certified copy of priority subject certificate (if any);
d) Information declaration requesting issuance of Criminal Record Certificate of the successful candidate according to the attached form (candidates send 01 copy at the same time via email address: phuongbvh2010@gmail.com).
Note: In case the successful candidate has a working period in accordance with the provisions of law that is suitable for the requirements of professional qualifications of the recruited job position, has paid compulsory social insurance (if not continuous and has not received a one-time social insurance benefit, it will be accumulated), then submit a record of the working process and social insurance payment (with confirmation from the social insurance agency up to the time of completing the recruitment dossier).
Successful candidates complete their application and submit it directly to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Department of Organization and Personnel), Room 202, Building A, No. 51 Ngo Quyen, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi (during office hours from Monday to Friday).
2.2. In case the successful candidate does not complete the recruitment application on time and according to regulations or commits fraud in declaring the application form or is discovered to have used an incorrect diploma, certificate or certification to participate in the recruitment, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall issue a decision to cancel the recruitment result.
Candidates who commit fraud in declaring their application form or using incorrect diplomas, certificates, or certifications to participate in the recruitment will be publicly announced by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and will not receive their application form in the next recruitment period.
This notice is posted on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and sent to successful candidates.
