Promoting the first International Racetrack project in Tay Ninh province

Continuing the activities to promote labor, investment and trade in Japan, on the morning of November 18, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa and the delegation had a working session with Honda Mobility Group in Tokyo to discuss the investment plan for the Tay Ninh International Racecourse project, a large-scale sports and entertainment complex.

Honda Mobility currently manages two world-renowned racetracks: Suzuka Circuit in Mie Prefecture, which welcomes more than 1.6 million visitors a year, and Mobility Resort Motegi in Tochigi Prefecture, which welcomes about 1 million visitors annually and contributes an economic effect of more than 768 billion yen to the Japanese economy.

These two locations are the venue for many prestigious international races such as Formula 1 and MotoGP, and are also the center of the Mobility Land model including entertainment areas, hotels, safe driving training centers and new technology display spaces.

At the meeting with Tay Ninh province, the leaders of Honda Mobility Group introduced the Tay Ninh International Racecourse Project, aiming to build a large-scale sports - entertainment - tourism complex of over 600 hectares. The project is designed to organize year-round events such as car and motorcycle racing, drifting, e-sports, music festivals and technology exhibitions, ensuring stable revenue and regular attraction.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa affirmed that Tay Ninh has favorable traffic conditions to implement large-scale projects.

With the goal of sustainable development, the project sets strict targets on emission reduction, international safety, job creation, domestic and foreign visitors and effective promotion of Tay Ninh's image in global media. Honda Mobility hopes that the project will turn Tay Ninh into a new sports and entertainment destination in the region, similar to the Suzuka and Motegi models.

After listening to the investor's introduction, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa highly appreciated Honda Mobility's proposal, affirming that Tay Ninh has favorable traffic conditions to implement large-scale projects, with key axes of Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway and inter-regional traffic routes within a radius of 20km, making it convenient to travel, transport and attract international visitors.

He emphasized that the Tay Ninh International Racecourse project will be implemented on the basis of infrastructure directly connected to Ho Chi Minh City and international border gates, while promoting local identity, integrating culture, cuisine and outstanding landscapes such as Ba Den Mountain and Dong Thap Muoi region, creating a unique tourism ecosystem combining sports, entertainment and unique cultural experiences.

The province also introduced a number of potential partners and land funds for Honda Mobility to research and implement. The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee hope that the parties will soon discuss the planning and investment model to realize the project, and at the same time commit to creating all favorable conditions in terms of policies and clean land funds, bringing long-term value to the parties.

To affirm its goodwill to cooperate, Honda Mobility Group will officially present its cooperation plan to Tay Ninh province at the Tay Ninh Investment Promotion Conference in Tokyo on November 19.
