In her opening speech, Major General Phung Thi Phu, Deputy Director of the Department of Military Training - School, said that the final comprehensive exercise is the key task of the course, the highest form of training.

Through drills, the capacity of officers and lecturers is improved; knowledge and skills of students are supplemented and perfected; and physical strength is trained to adapt to all situations in combat.

Major General Phung Thi Phu, Deputy Director of the Department of Military Training - School delivered the opening speech at the training session.

The training course aims to concretize the policies of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on training, education, and training, while overcoming limitations and shortcomings, contributing to improving the quality of exercises, meeting the requirements and tasks of building the Army in the new situation.

Participating in the training were comrades in the board of directors, principals, heads of agencies, faculty members of academies and schools; representatives of agencies under the Military Training Department - Schools of general departments, military services and arms in the whole army.
