How to make taro, beef and soybean soup

So when you take it out and peel it, if the taro is a bit hard, don't worry, because we will stew it later.
Step 2: After steaming the taro, take it out and put it in cold water to cool. Then take it out and peel it. Next, cut each taro in half and put it in a bowl for later use.
Step 3: Peel and wash the fresh soybeans. Cut the sweet peppers in half, remove the seeds, and chop them finely. Crush and mince the garlic. Wash and chop the green onions. If you like spicy food, you can add a chopped chili pepper.
Step 4: After washing the beef, slice it thinly and put it in a bowl. Then add a little salt, a little mushroom sauce and mix well. Next, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, a little water and mix well.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add chili, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add soybeans and taro and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 6: Next, add about half a pot of boiling water. Then cover the pot, bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat, cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until the soybeans are cooked and the taro is completely soft. At this point, add a little salt and mushroom sauce to taste.
Step 7: Temporarily turn off the stove, take out each piece of marinated beef in the bowl and put it into the pot. When all the beef has changed color, turn on the stove to high heat and cook until the beef is fully cooked. Then turn off the stove, take the soup out into a bowl and enjoy.
