The jury consists of photographers: Nguyen A, Ngo Tran Hai An and Nguyen Tuan Khoi. The score of each work will be calculated based on the jury's score (70%) and the audience's votes via social networks (30%). The scoring scale includes: creative ideas (20 points), emotions and messages (30 points), photographic techniques (30 points) and appropriateness to the theme (20 points).
The deadline for submissions is July 31, 2025. The judging will take place from August 1 to August 15, 2025. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place in September 2025. The highest prize is worth 50 million VND, along with many First, Second, Third, Encouragement and Most Favorite prizes. Entries should be submitted via the website https://sacmaumoi.plo.vn or shared on Facebook with the hashtag #saigonsacmaumoi and the author's name.
All Vietnamese citizens aged 14 and over can participate in the contest. Each author can submit up to 5 single photos, JPG format, size no more than 3000 pixels and capacity less than 5MB. Photos must be created from January 1, 2024 to present, and have not won any awards in any contest. The work can be edited for color and light but does not change the nature of the original photo. Photos must not be bordered, framed, have logos or signatures attached. The Organizing Committee has the right to request the author to submit the original photo file for inspection when necessary.
