Mr. Le Van Xuan said: “This is the third time I have participated in the Contest. This time, I have researched very carefully to gain experience, overcome limitations from the stage of choosing the topic to outlining the layout, choosing words, and ways of expression to complete the best article. I personally realize that the topic ““Deviation” in High School - Unpredictable Consequences” can be applied regularly in my teaching career. If each teacher and student does not pay attention to “Deviation” and promptly correct it, it can lead to “unpredictable consequences” later. Because, “Deviation” in behavior and language gradually becomes a habit in teachers and can affect many students; this is the underlying cause of the phenomenon of violating traditional ethical standards and violating the law by young people in today's society...
After participating in the Contest many times, I personally realize that the Contest is very important, helping me to train myself in moral qualities, political ideology and capacity to serve professional tasks. I chose the Print Magazine category, with the theme "Refuting the distortion of the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia from the Phu Nam Techo Canal project", my wish is to research and collect the most authentic and objective evidence of the close and close historical relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia in all fields to serve as a basis for refuting the distortions; at the same time, protect and develop the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia, actively contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland for peace, stability, cooperation and development. Because, in the context of increasingly complex and impacted international relations today, the traditional solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia is always valued and constantly strengthened. However, there has been misinformation about this relationship when the Cambodian Government carried out the Phu Nam Techo Canal project. The distorted arguments about the Phu Nam Techo Canal project are not only aimed at dividing and causing distrust between the two countries, but also at sabotaging the achievements of cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia. Looking back at the history of more than 55 years of cooperation, despite many ups and downs, the good traditional relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia has been constantly nurtured and developed, becoming "a valuable common asset of the two peoples and an important factor ensuring the victory of the cause of building and defending the Fatherland of each country".
