Veteran Vu Van Phim (far left) and his wife returned the necklace to the person who dropped it at Tien Lang Commune Police Station.On November 16, veteran Vu Van Phim, born in 1964, Head of the Veterans Association of Group 5, Residential Group 91, Le Chan Ward ( Hai Phong ), and his wife, Vu Thi Chuyen, born in 1970, picked up a 4-tael gold jewelry necklace while shopping at Doi Market, Tien Lang Commune. The next day, Mr. and Mrs. Phim brought the necklace to report to the Tien Lang Commune Police.
Lieutenant Colonel Vu Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of Tien Lang Commune Police, said that immediately after receiving the property, the Commune Police announced a search for the owner and identified the person whose property was lost as Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, born in 1974, residing in Trung Lang Tay village, doing business at Doi market in the commune.
The police invited Ms. Phuong to the headquarters to return the gold necklace.
At the Commune Police Station, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong sent her sincere thanks to the family of veteran Vu Van Phim for his good deed and to the Tien Lang Commune Police Station for quickly verifying and handling the case.
