The investment project for the business of the Km100+200 rest stop station under the Hau Giang - Ca Mau component project includes a station on the right side of the route with a total area of ​​30,900 m2 and a station on the left side of the route with a total area of ​​32,210 m2.

The Director of the Vietnam Road Administration has just signed a decision approving the results of selecting investors for the Km100+200 rest stop project under the Hau Giang - Ca Mau component project on the North - South expressway, Eastern section.

Accordingly, the winning investor is Thi Son Production and Construction Company Limited with the value in cash paid to the state budget of 350 billion VND; the total investment capital of the Project is 325.167 billion VND, of which the implementation cost is 312.082 billion VND, the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is 13.085 billion VND.
The project has an overall schedule of 13 months, of which the completion time for essential public service works (parking lots, toilets and provision of free services) is 5.5 months from the effective date of the contract.

The investor must complete and put into use a number of essential public service works (free services such as parking lots, restrooms, etc.) at the rest stop in time for the completion of the Hau Giang - Ca Mau expressway project. The project's operation period after completing the investment is 25 years.

The Vietnam Road Administration assigned the My Thuan Project Management Board to urgently complete the contract, conduct negotiation procedures with the investor and carry out other procedures according to legal regulations; in which, note the timeline and progress of completing the rest stop as directed by the Ministry of Construction .

Investment project to operate the rest stop station Km100+200 under the Hau Giang - Ca Mau component project on the North - South expressway in the East, including a rest stop station on the left side of the route and a rest stop station on the right side of the route.

Of which, the station on the right side of the route has a total area of ​​30,900 m2, including the area of ​​the ramp connecting to the highway of 900 m2; the area of ​​the ramp connecting to the fully expanded 6-lane highway of 1,830 m2; the area of ​​airspace and slope land of 3,670 m2; the area of ​​land for building a rest stop is 24,500 m2.

The left-side station has a total area of ​​32,210 m2, including the reserved land area when the expressway is expanded to 6 lanes of 1,725 ​​m2; the area of ​​the connecting section with the diverging 4-lane expressway of 2,210 m2; the area of ​​airspace and slope of 3,775 m2; the area of ​​land for building a rest stop is 24,500 m2.

In addition to the above area, when the Hau Giang - Ca Mau expressway is approved by the competent authority for investment expansion according to the planning, the investor is responsible for constructing a connecting road section to the fully expanded expressway with 6 lanes with an area of ​​about 2,730 m2 (the area is outside the clearance boundary of the rest stop, which will be built when the fully expanded expressway project with 6 lanes is implemented).
