6 fire victims in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi have been discharged from hospital

According to the report of Hanoi Department of Health , this morning, 6 patients who were victims of the fire at a mini apartment building on Khuong Ha street (Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) were discharged from the hospital;

There are currently 36 patients being treated at the following hospitals: Bach Mai; Hanoi Medical University; Military Hospital 103; Xanh Pon General Hospital and Ha Dong General Hospital.

Among the 36 cases being treated, there is 1 pregnant woman being treated at Xanh Pon General Hospital; 9 children being treated at Ha Dong General Hospital, Xanh Pon General Hospital and Bach Mai.

There are currently 6 severe cases being treated at Bach Mai Hospital. The rest are moderate and mild, many cases are in stable health.

Specifically, Bach Mai Hospital is treating the largest number of patients with 25 people, of which 17 are cases of smoke inhalation; the remaining cases are suffering from respiratory failure, trauma and respiratory burns. Currently, 6 severe cases are being actively cared for and treated by doctors.

The total number of deaths in this fire as reported by hospitals (up to now) is 56 cases; including: Military Hospital 103 (41 cases);

Ha Dong General Hospital (4 cases); Post Office (1 case); Xanh Pon General Hospital (1 case); Bach Mai (2 cases); Hanoi Medical University (1 case); Dong Da General Hospital (4 cases); E Hospital (2 cases).

The funeral home of Military Hospital 103 received 42 victims; including 1 victim transferred from Hospital E. By 11pm on September 13, 40/42 victims had been identified.
