State Bank Region 5: Commending advanced models in the period 2020-2025

On the afternoon of May 29, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Region 5 held a conference to honor typical advanced models in the period 2020-2025. The conference was held directly at the headquarters and connected online to 5 bridge points in the provinces in the region including: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan and Lang Son.

At the Conference, delegates listened to a report summarizing the emulation and reward work for the period 2020-2025 and the direction and tasks for the period 2025-2030. Over the past 5 years, emulation movements in the entire State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Region 5 system have been widely and effectively deployed, contributing to improving the quality of implementing political and professional tasks, consolidating the organizational apparatus and enhancing the effectiveness of state management in the monetary and banking sector at the local level.

Many collectives and individuals have been commended and rewarded by all levels and sectors: 2 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister ; 3 individuals achieved the title of Emulation Fighter of the Banking sector; 3 collectives received the Emulation Flag of the State Bank; 17 collectives and 59 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Governor of the State Bank, Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and ministries and sectors; 170 individuals achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level.

Officers and civil servants of State Bank Region 5 comply with regulations on working hours and seriously perform assigned duties and tasks.

The conference also listened to enthusiastic presentations from typical advanced representatives, sharing experiences and initiatives in performing tasks, innovating working methods, adapting to changes in the digital transformation phase, streamlining the apparatus and merging organizations after the establishment of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 5.

In his concluding remarks at the Conference, Comrade Le Quang Huy, Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 5, acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of collectives and individuals in the entire region; at the same time, launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 with the determination to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The conference also agreed to introduce five typical advanced delegates to attend the 9th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Banking Industry.
