Instructions for opening a store and operating on e-commerce platforms

Implementing the plan of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the construction of an e-commerce street model in Thai Nguyen City, on May 30, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the People's Committees of Hoang Van Thu and Quang Trung wards (Thai Nguyen City), the University of Information Technology and Communications (Thai Nguyen University) to organize a training program to improve e-commerce skills for over 200 people who are business owners and business establishments registered to participate in the e-commerce street; students of the University of Information Technology and Communications participated in supporting the program.

Accordingly, from May 30 to June 2, students will be provided with an overview of e-commerce and online business on Shopee and TikTok platforms; instructions on how to open and operate a booth on Shopee and Tiktok shops and manage orders; instructions on taking product photos, design techniques with Canva software; video editing with Capcut software; ivestream method on Tikok and Shopee platforms, product promotion and setting up promotional programs...

Previously, the Department of Industry and Trade conducted a survey on Luong Ngoc Quyen Street in Hoang Van Thu Ward and Quang Trung Ward to deploy the e-commerce street model. Through propaganda and mobilization to establish the model, up to now, 162 businesses have registered to open booths and do business on e-commerce floors and e-commerce platforms.

After the training program, the Department of Industry and Trade will coordinate with relevant departments, agencies and the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen City to speed up the formation of an e-commerce street.
