| Mr. Tran Anh Tu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoang Hai Construction and Trading Company Limited, received a Certificate of Merit from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation. |
Mr. Tu and the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee have organized many meaningful activities, contributing to building a vibrant and effective workers' movement. From organizing visits and giving gifts to cadres, workers and their relatives on holidays and Tet to awarding workers' children with high academic achievements, Mr. Tu was present, silently contributing to maintaining the "fire" of solidarity in the collective.
In particular, he always pays attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members. Every year, he advises the Board of Directors to coordinate activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, sponsoring uniforms and gifts for female workers, creating a warm and sharing atmosphere in the group.
In addition, Mr. Tu also cares about the health and safety of workers. Under the supervision of the Union Executive Committee, the Company has organized periodic health check-ups, issued labor protection equipment and trained in occupational safety and hygiene certificates suitable for each profession. These activities not only help workers feel secure at work but also improve the production and business efficiency of the unit.
Not only taking care of the employees in the Company, Mr. Tu is also a pioneer in social and charitable activities for the community. Typically, during the recovery period from storm No. 3, he and the union supported a total of more than 65 million VND for the employees and people affected.
In 2024, Hoang Hai Construction and Trading Company Limited faced many difficulties such as harsh weather, scarce materials, high prices, slow site clearance progress... In that context, Mr. Tu effectively advised the Board of Directors on human resource management, building and implementing the Company's regulations.
Not stopping there, he also has two initiatives recognized at the grassroots level: "Assigning tasks and controlling daily work on the management software system" and "Classifying fill soil on the software to serve the acceptance work". These initiatives not only improve management efficiency but also optimize the work process, contributing to the sustainable development of the Company.
In addition, he was assigned to be in charge of the service team at Nui Phao mine, contributing over 10 billion VND in annual revenue. In 2024, his initiatives and suggestions helped the Company increase revenue and expand production and business activities.
Not only does he "steer the boat through the waves" with the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Tu also maintains his commitment to his employees, creating stable jobs for more than 80 workers with an average income of 11 million VND/person/month.
In patriotic emulation movements, he has always been a pioneer, from supporting "Tet for the poor" or participating in developing traffic infrastructure, building culturally standard agencies. Emulation projects completed ahead of schedule such as Dai Thang Residential Area (Pho Yen City), Road 254 Coc Toc Bridge (Ba Be, Bac Kan ) ... all marked his positive contributions as the person who proposed to organize the emulation movement and timely encouragement and rewards, with the lowest bonus being 20 million VND and the highest being up to 150 million VND for the collective of workers participating in the construction.
Mr. Nguyen The Cong, a technical officer of the Company, shared: Mr. Tu always listens to the opinions of the workers, from small things like shift meals to policies and benefits are all fully implemented, which makes us more confident and assured to stick with the unit.
With his tireless contributions, Mr. Tran Anh Tu has received many awards such as: Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level for 4 consecutive years (2021-2024), awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation, and a Certificate of Merit by the Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation. In 2024, he was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for his outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good workers and building a strong trade union organization.
