Phu Binh: Propagating and disseminating laws on milk and pharmaceutical business

On May 30, Market Management Team No. 3 (Market Management Department of Thai Nguyen province) organized a propaganda session to disseminate legal regulations on business activities of the following items: milk, modern medicine, cosmetics, functional foods and medical supplies. Attending the propaganda session were over 120 people who are owners of agents and businesses trading in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and functional foods in Phu Binh district.

Officers of Market Management Team No. 3 had delegates sign a commitment at the propaganda session.

At the propaganda session, delegates were informed and updated on new regulations in the business activities of dairy products, modern medicines, cosmetics, functional foods and medical supplies; sanctions for administrative violations of quality, labeling of goods; price listing; violations of advertising signs; trading in smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, violations of intellectual property rights... At the same time, they were instructed on how to distinguish between genuine and fake goods, legal and illegal goods; and propagated the harmful effects of trading and consuming poor quality goods, goods of unknown origin, without valid invoices and documents.

Here, business owners sign a commitment to strictly comply with the law in production and business activities, in order to contribute to protecting consumer rights and ensuring public health safety.
