On June 18, the Departmentof Education and Training of Da Nang City said it had prepared equipment and human resources to support candidates with disabilities and candidates who had accidents but still wish to take the high school graduation exam this year.
In particular, a blind candidate will be arranged a separate examination room with a surveillance camera, and a teacher (from a different subject) will assist in reading the questions and taking notes. The collection of papers, marking, and grading will be carried out according to separate instructions from the Ministry of Education and Training .

A candidate with a mobility disability will also have an assistant in the examination room, along with appropriate seating arrangements at the examination site.
The Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City also supports tuition fees, meals and transportation (if any) for ethnic minority students studying at Pham Phu Thu High School (the only school in the area with ethnic minority boarding students).
During this exam, Da Nang City Police also mobilized 150 officers and soldiers to work at the examination council's departments and examination sites.
The Department of Health has arranged 57 medical staff to be on duty at 31 examination sites and serve at the examination marking sites. The Department of Construction has planned to temporarily suspend certain types of trucks while teachers and candidates travel to the examination sites.
In addition, more than 2,300 union members and youths will also accompany and "support" candidates in the upcoming exam days.
For the 2025 high school graduation exam, the Da Nang Examination Council has 14,156 candidates registered for the 2018 general education program at 30 testing locations; 393 candidates for the 2006 program took the exam at a separate testing location. The city arranged 2 backup testing locations and a total of 609 testing rooms and 28 waiting rooms.
