The majority of Lam Dong voters support the arrangement of administrative units at provincial and commune levels.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that on April 11, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 3724/KH-UBND on organizing the collection of opinions from voters representing households on the Project on arranging administrative units at the provincial and commune levels in 2025 in Lam Dong province; assigning the Department of Home Affairs to guide the People's Committees at the district and commune levels to organize the implementation of related tasks to collect voters' opinions such as: subjects, content, documents, forms, procedures, time, sample ballots; the work of making and posting the list of voters; propaganda about collecting voters' opinions; organizing the collection of opinions, synthesizing and reporting the results of collecting voters' opinions...

Localities, based on the actual situation of voters representing households in the area, have a plan to organize appropriate voter consultations. The schedule for organizing voter consultations in communes and towns in districts and cities will start from the evening of April 18, 2025 and complete the voter consultation at 5:00 p.m. on April 20, 2025.

As a result, 316,193 voters out of 323,104 total voters (97.86%) agreed to merge Dak Nong province, Binh Thuan province and Lam Dong province into one province, named Lam Dong province; 935 out of 323,104 total voters disagreed (0.29%).

The majority of voters support the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units.

Regarding the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, 314,452 voters/323,104 total voters agreed (97.32%); 2,676 voters/323,104 total voters disagreed (0.83%).

Specifically, 14,830/15,104 voters supported the establishment of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat on the basis of arranging 05 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3, Ward 4 and Ward 10 of Da Lat city at present, reaching a rate of 98.19%.

There are 8,071/8,185 voters supporting the establishment of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat on the basis of arranging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 5, Ward 6 and Ta Nung commune of Da Lat city at present, reaching a rate of 98.61%.

10,838/10,895 voters supported the establishment of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat on the basis of merging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 8, Ward 9, Ward 12 of Da Lat city at present, reaching a rate of 99.48%.

There are 6,697/6,779 voters supporting the establishment of Xuan Truong Ward - Da Lat on the basis of merging 04 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 11 and 03 communes: Xuan Tho, Xuan Truong, Tram Hanh of Da Lat city at present, reaching a rate of 98.79%.

6,456/6,649 voters supported the establishment of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat on the basis of arranging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 7 (Da Lat city) and Lac Duong town, Lat commune of Lac Duong district, reaching a rate of 97.1%.

12,504/12,738 voters supported the establishment of Ward 1 Bao Loc on the basis of merging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 1, Loc Phat Ward and Loc Thanh Commune of Bao Loc city at present, reaching a rate of 98.16%.

10,335/10,654 voters supported the establishment of Ward 2 Bao Loc on the basis of merging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Ward 2, DamBri commune of Bao Loc city and Loc Tan commune of Bao Lam district, reaching a rate of 97.01%.

11,196/11,602 voters supported the establishment of Ward 3 Bao Loc on the basis of merging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Loc Tien Ward, Loc Chau Commune and Dai Lao Commune of Bao Loc city at present, reaching a rate of 96.5%.

11,781/12,325 voters supported the establishment of B'Lao Ward on the basis of merging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Loc Son Ward, B'Lao Ward and Loc Nga Commune of Bao Loc City at present, reaching a rate of 95.59%.

2,872/3,029 voters supported the establishment of Lac Duong commune on the basis of merging 03 commune administrative units, including Da Sar commune, Da Nhim commune and Da Chais commune of Lac Duong district at present, accounting for 94.82%.

There are 7,772/7,787 voters supporting the establishment of Don Duong commune on the basis of merging 03 commune-level administrative units, including Thanh My town, Da Ron commune and Tu Tra commune of Don Duong district at present, accounting for 99.81%.
