Delegates of Bac Kan Provincial People's Council met with voters of Pac Nam district

Comrade Tran Thi Loc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the meeting with voters of Pac Nam district.

Delegates of the Provincial People's Council of TXCT include: Tran Thi Loc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Duong Van Tuyen, Secretary of Pac Nam District Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Hoa, Head of Internal Affairs - Legal Affairs Department, Provincial People's Committee Office; Hoang Van Tham, Head of Ethnic and Religious Affairs Department of Pac Nam District.

Voters expressed their opinions to provincial People's Council delegates on policies for specific associations in the locality.

Also attending were Ms. Do Thi Hien, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, member of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of specialized departments and representatives of voters of communes in Pac Nam district.

Voters of Nhan Mon commune hope to soon start construction of the inter-commune road between Boc Bo and Nhan Mon.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council delegates briefly reported on the results of the 10th Provincial People's Council sessions in the first 6 months of 2025; announced the expected time and content of the 30th Session (regular session) of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; and reported on the synthesis of responses to voters' opinions and recommendations after the 24th Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.

Provincial People's Council delegates noted voters' opinions and recommendations.

After listening to the report, voters raised a number of opinions and recommendations focusing on the following issues: The road from the center of Boc Bo commune to Nhan Mon commune is currently seriously degraded, affecting people's travel and trade of goods. The provincial People's Committee has approved the project for this route, and people hope that competent authorities will soon implement it.

Comrade Do Thi Hien, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism , member of the Provincial People's Committee, answered and clarified some contents from voters' opinions.

Currently, some cadres have retired and are performing duties at associations such as the Association for the Promotion of Education, the Association for the Elderly in the district and non-professional cadres at the commune level. How will the implementation of their duties be in the future? What is the regime for those holding concurrent positions?

Currently, in Bac Kan province in general and Pac Nam district in particular, there are some traffic signs and directions that are not placed properly, causing confusion for traffic participants. We request that competent authorities review and adjust them so that road users, especially tourists from far away, can know and make their travel more convenient...

At the meeting, representatives of local authorities and representatives of the Provincial People's Committee basically responded to the opinions and recommendations of voters within their jurisdiction. Other opinions were accepted by the Provincial People's Council delegates to be forwarded to competent authorities for response in the coming time./.
