The 3rd Congress of the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Team No. 3, term 2025 - 2030

On April 1 and 2, in Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province, the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Team No. 3 held the 3rd Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the congress were 113 delegates representing more than 530 cadres and party members of the entire Team.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Team No. 3 has led and synchronously deployed solutions, comprehensively completed tasks, many tasks were excellently completed, especially the tasks of being on duty at sea, patrolling, controlling, protecting fishing grounds, searching, rescuing, supporting and helping fishermen; propagating against illegal fishing, IUU...

Ships at sea have rescued 16 fishing boats and 148 fishermen in distress at sea. The team regularly grasps and implements the training motto of “basic, practical, solid”, focusing on synchronous, in-depth training, focusing on practice. The annual training results have been significantly improved, the team has been awarded the “Excellent Training Unit” Flag at the Ministry level for many years.

Logistics and technical work is deployed with quality, ensuring regular and unexpected tasks. At the same time, actively building "regular, exemplary" ships, bringing technical work into substance, depth and solidity. The team has 16 initiatives and technical improvements that are effectively applied in practice. In recognition of the achieved results, the team is honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister . For many consecutive years, the Party Committee of the team has achieved "excellent completion of tasks", the unit has achieved comprehensive strength "exemplary, typical".

For the 2025-2030 term, the Congress identified 3 groups of tasks, with 7 main solutions. In particular, it emphasized the breakthrough contents that need to be implemented, which are: Innovating and improving the quality of training, especially cadre training; creating a solid change in building discipline, law enforcement, discipline, ensuring safety and promoting responsibility, discipline, and setting an example for cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge at all levels.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee and elected a delegation to attend the Party Congress at a higher level.
