The Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee was a great success.

After 2 days of urgent and serious work, on the afternoon of September 24, the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, successfully concluded.

The 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held its closing session.

At the closing session, delegates listened to a report summarizing comments at the Congress on the Documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

Next, the Congress passed the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the province's development perspective promotes revolutionary traditions and the strength of great solidarity among ethnic groups; arouses the will of self-confidence, self-reliance, and aspiration to rise up; closely connects and synchronously implements goals and tasks, in which it is determined that: Economic and social development and environmental protection are the center; Party building is the key; cultural and human development are the foundation; strengthening national defense and security and promoting foreign affairs and international integration are essential and regular.

The general goal for the next term is: By 2030, strive to be a fairly developed, comprehensive, sustainable province with high average income; by 2045, strive to be a developed, high-income province in the midland and mountainous region of the North; self-reliant, confident in the new era, prosperous and happy development.

Delegates passed the Congress Resolution.

The Congress set out 18 main targets in the fields of economy, society, environment, Party building and political system.

Those important targets are: The average growth rate of gross product (2010 comparative price) in the period 2026-2030 reaches 10.5%; the total product in the area (GRDP) at current prices reaches 170 trillion VND; the state budget revenue strives to reach 12 trillion VND; by 2030, attracting 6 million tourists.

The rate of schools meeting national standards at all levels: Preschool 73%, general education 80% or more. The rate of trained workers is 72% or more, of which the rate of trained workers with degrees and certificates is 30% or more. The rate of poor households according to national poverty standards decreases by an average of 3 to 4%/year.

Forest cover rate reaches over 62%; 100% of operating industrial parks have centralized wastewater treatment systems that meet environmental standards.

Every year, more than 90% of organizations, agencies, and units complete their tasks well or better; more than 90% of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees complete their tasks well or better; the annual rate of new party members is 3% or more compared to the total number of party members of the party organization.

To achieve the set goals, the Congress identified 5 key tasks; 3 breakthroughs and 8 main groups of solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

The breakthroughs are: Strong breakthroughs in institutional building according to authority to promote economic and social development; improving the governance capacity of local governments at two levels; promoting the development of science, technology and digital transformation.

Breakthrough in building economic and social infrastructure, focusing on transport infrastructure; technological infrastructure; urban infrastructure; and industrial park and cluster infrastructure.

Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh delivered the closing speech of the Congress.

Breakthrough in comprehensive human resource development, especially high-quality, highly qualified human resources; building a team of leaders and managers at all levels to meet development requirements. Improve the quality of education and health care, and sustainably reduce poverty.

In his closing speech at the Congress, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh emphasized that in order to quickly put the Congress resolution into practice, immediately after the Congress, Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations need to organize extensive propaganda throughout the Party and all classes of people about the results of the Congress.

Urgently organize dissemination, develop action plans and programs to implement the resolution with the highest political determination; organize emulation movements, turn the resolution into revolutionary actions of all cadres, party members and people, create strong and highly effective changes in all fields right from the first days and months of the new term.

The Congress called on all levels, sectors, all cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces, the business community and people of all ethnic groups in the province to continue promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, unite, raise political determination, closely follow the goals, orientations, key tasks, breakthroughs and solutions of the Congress Resolution.

The 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 was a great success.
