In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department always pays attention to implementing propaganda work well, regularly thoroughly grasping and implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in a timely and complete manner to cadres, party members and the masses in the agency. At the same time, inspection and supervision work is carried out by grassroots party organizations. The implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII, XII) has been synchronously and effectively implemented by the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Thereby, creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of the contingent of cadres and party members, especially leaders and managers, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, building a clean and strong Party organization.

An Giang's high-performance sports continue to be consolidated and have made strong progress, achieving many successes in national and international competitions. An Giang is always in the "top 10" at the National Sports Festivals and has maintained the first-class achievements of the entire delegation through the National Sports Festivals from 2010 to 2022. At the same time, hundreds of coaches and athletes for the national team and national youth team have participated in training and participating in the Vietnamese sports delegation competing at regional sports festivals, ASIAD, Olympics, world championships, Asia, Southeast Asia... In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of An Giang province will focus on promoting its leadership role, innovating management and operation methods, and successfully implementing the resolutions set out by the congress. In particular, it will focus on propaganda and political and ideological education; innovating and improving the quality of activities of grassroots Party organizations; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with political tasks at the unit; strengthening inspection and supervision work within the Party...
