To effectively carry out the tasks of digital transformation in a synchronous, interconnected and effective manner to meet the requirements of restructuring the political system, the Prime Minister requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities to study the implementation manual and focus on directing and immediately completing a number of tasks.

Specifically, it is necessary to announce the list of administrative procedures (TTHC) applied in the province and city and update and publicize them on the National Database on Administrative Procedures, to be completed no later than June 27; adjust internal procedures, electronic procedures, online public services, ensure the implementation of administrative procedures, and provide public services smoothly, effectively, and without interruption from July 1, to be completed before June 30.

Publicize the headquarters address and list of administrative procedures received and returned at provincial-level public administrative service centers, commune-level public administrative service centers and points supporting people to perform public services, to be completed no later than June 27.

Establish a public hotline of the provincial public administration service center and the People's Committees of communes to support, guide, and respond to individuals and organizations' and organizations' comments and recommendations on administrative procedures and public service provision when arranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level government organization model, ensuring 24/7 regular operation, to be completed by June 27 at the latest.

Complete the configuration of administrative procedures on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system no later than June 29.
