The Congress listened to the Presidium approve the political report, the review report of the Executive Committee, and give opinions on the draft documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, the 14th National Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030, presented at the Congress, and 5 presentations by affiliated Party cells, the Party Committee Inspection Committee, and the Youth Union.

Although the Party Committee was newly established after taking over the functions and tasks of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy, which is closely linked to the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the People's Procuracy system at all levels; the personnel of the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee have changed, and the workload is large, the Party Committee has clearly demonstrated its role as a political nucleus, solidarity, courage, and initiative in leading the implementation of political tasks and Party building work, while preparing all conditions to ensure that the work of reorganizing the apparatus is favorable, closely following the regulations of the industry and the province.
With the general policy of reorganizing the two-level local government apparatus, the Provincial People's Procuracy reorganizes the district-level People's Procuracy apparatus at the same time as ending the district-level administrative unit and reorganizing the commune-level administrative unit; at the same time, urgently and resolutely deploys to successfully complete assigned tasks.
At the congress, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies Nguyen Hoai Nam commended and acknowledged the outstanding achievements that the unit had achieved in the past term. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee to continue to promote its role as a political nucleus, directly participate in leading the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; develop and implement policies and tasks of the entire Party Committee to focus on intelligence to set out goals, directions, tasks as well as feasible implementation solutions and concretize them into resolutions, programs, plans, and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the congress at higher levels.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies requested the old Party Committees to continue to lead and direct the implementation of political tasks and Party building work well; closely follow the policies of the Province and the Supreme People's Procuracy on the reorganization of the People's Procuracy apparatus at all levels, complete the reorganization of the People's Procuracy of districts into People's Procuracy of regions, promptly establish corresponding Party organizations, appoint Party Committees of subordinate Party cells; at the same time, proactively coordinate with the Party Committee of the People's Procuracy of Quang Binh province to review and prepare personnel for the new Party Committee to propose the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies to appoint.
Pay attention to stabilizing the ideology of cadres and party members; coordinate in advising and proposing good implementation of regimes and policies for cadres of the unit after restructuring the apparatus. Timely issue working regulations, assign tasks, work programs for the entire term, action programs to implement resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and documents deployed at the beginning of the term.
With the tradition of solidarity, sense of responsibility and high political determination, the Party Committee Standing Committee believes that the collective leadership, cadres and party members of the Provincial People's Procuracy will successfully complete all tasks, successfully implement the Resolution set forth by the congress for the 2025-2030 term, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
