(Chinhphu.vn) - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 2489/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister appointing Colonel Luong Dinh Hung, Director of the Department of Professional Affairs and Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Law of the Vietnam Coast Guard.
