At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the decision to transfer Major General Nguyen Sy Quang, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of the Department of Professional Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security.

At the same time, the decision of the Minister of Public Security was announced to transfer Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police.

Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, born in 1979, from Phu Tho province.

In July 2022, Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong (at that time holding the rank of lieutenant colonel) was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Police.

Before returning to work in Ha Tinh, Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security.
