Vietnam Television announces live broadcast of military parades and marches

Vietnam Television has just announced the live broadcast and sharing on social networks of the "Celebration, parade, and march of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd.

Accordingly, Vietnam Television will broadcast live from 6:00 to 9:15 a.m. on September 2, 2025 on VTV1 channel. Domestic press agencies will proactively broadcast the program according to the following specific contents:

From 6:00 to 6:25, information will be broadcast about the atmosphere before the ceremony, parade, and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; information about some past parades and marches.

From 6:25 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. (expected) live coverage of the ceremony, parade, and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

From 8:45 to 9:15 (expected) information about the atmosphere after the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, march and behind the scenes practice, preparation for the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, march.

Regarding the rebroadcasting on domestic television channels, implementing Instruction No. 22-HD/BTGDVTW guiding the propaganda of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, units with the function of television operations nationwide can rebroadcast this program (including the VTV1 logo) through the existing VTV1 channel transmission infrastructure. The program signal on VTV1 channel is broadcast via the DVB-T2 digital terrestrial television system from broadcasting stations in the area or received directly via satellite.

Regarding the rebroadcasting on domestic electronic newspapers, domestic electronic newspapers can rebroadcast this program to broadcast on the newspaper's web platform. Vietnam Television also notes the intellectual property obligations and rebroadcasting regulations such as: Respecting the copyright of Vietnam Television, requesting that your unit rebroadcast the entire program (including the VTV1 logo) through the existing VTV1 channel transmission infrastructure, not covering or replacing the VTV logo during the rebroadcasting process; sharing and taking signals from VTV's social networking sites must ensure the integrity (including the identification logo), not cutting and pasting to distort the original content, tearing apart the program's images or changing, distorting the content or using it for purposes other than live rebroadcasting.

Obligations to third parties, Vietnam Television only grants rights to program content produced by Vietnam Television (free of charge). Vietnam Television is not responsible for any claims related to intellectual property rights of third parties that may arise on the platform that you use to post and broadcast (for example, claims about music , supporting images... and from the automatic algorithms of social networking platforms). You must resolve any issues arising related to intellectual property on your platform.

Vietnam Television requests that broadcasting units, including pay TV units, wireless TV systems, and social networking platforms coordinate and strictly comply to ensure the common interests of the forces that create the event. Broadcasting units on digital platforms are responsible for strictly controlling comments, not allowing distorted or offensive comments to appear.

Vietnam Television reserves the right to proactively stop the broadcasting and posting rights of any unit if it detects any act of cutting, distorting, using for the wrong purpose or taking advantage of the program, affecting the reputation and image of the Station as well as the interests of the broadcasting and posting units.
