With many years of working with the Team, teacher Nguyen Thi Thu always strives to improve her knowledge, skills and research, learn and create to make the Team work and the children's movement of the team more and more developed. In particular, she focuses on traditionaleducation through the movements "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude", "Going to the red address"; organizing traditional talks, meeting with local veterans.
Besides, she also regularly integrates moral education and life skills into Team activities, helping team members and children practice their manners, sense of discipline and solidarity.

Under the leadership of Ms. Thu, Phan Dang Luu Primary School Union has achieved and maintained the title of Excellent Strong Union for many years. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu herself has also achieved many achievements recognized by all levels and sectors.
As a talented and dedicated Team leader, Mr. Ngo Manh Hung has many initiatives and innovations in Team work at the unit. The movements "Circle of friends", "Help friends go to school - together towards the future" were implemented by the team and achieved practical results through the establishment of "Study groups", "Friends progress together", organizing charitable activities such as "A shirt for friends", "A bicycle to help friends go to school", "Raising a piggy bank".
Particularly in the "Long-distance support" program, Mr. Hung advised the school's Board of Directors to exempt 100% of tuition fees for extra sessions each year for 5 students with especially difficult circumstances in grades 2, 3 and 4 until they finish grade 5.

For many years, Mr. Ngo Manh Hung has been awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union Council for his outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the local children's movement. In 2024, Mr. Hung was the only individual in the province to be recognized by the Central Youth Union Council as an outstanding Teacher in charge of the Youth Union nationwide.
The “Pink Swallow” Award is a noble award of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers for teachers who are the best Young Pioneer leaders in the country, with many special achievements associated with scientific topics, good and practical initiatives and experiences in Young Pioneer work, which have been applied in practice and promoted effectively.
