At the meeting to direct the overcoming of damage caused by floods in Dak Lak province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan directed the Department of Education and Training to be requested to immediately deploy Official Dispatch 08358/UBND-TH dated November 23, 2025 on overcoming damage in the education sector, ensuring that all schools soon resume teaching and learning activities.

Schools that have been flooded and have damaged desks, chairs, equipment, and books must receive urgent support. The Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee requested the education sector to develop a plan for the reasonable distribution of machinery, chairs, and equipment; and at the same time, review boarding schools that have suffered heavy damage to propose appropriate levels of support. The Department of Education and Training was assigned to coordinate with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to launch a movement to donate books, notebooks, and school supplies to students in flooded areas.

In addition to education, other sectors were also directed to urgently deploy solutions to create conditions for students to soon stabilize their studies. The health sector ensures environmental sanitation, disease prevention, and prevents drug and food shortages, especially in areas where schools are affected. The agriculture and environment sector focuses on checking landslides, handling waste, ensuring environmental sanitation, and helping students return to school safely.

Along with that, the People's Committees of localities were assigned the task of mobilizing local forces to clean up schools and arrange temporary accommodation for students whose houses had collapsed or been damaged; at the same time, closely coordinate in receiving and distributing books and support goods in a transparent and appropriate manner.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan emphasized that overcoming the consequences of floods is the most important task of the entire government system at the present time. The work must be carried out scientifically, avoiding disruption to regular activities, including education and training activities.
