Le Van Tam Primary School has ensured all necessary conditions are met and is ready for the 2025-2026 school year.

To prepare for the new school year, starting in July, the school reviewed its facilities, proactively developed a plan for repairing and cleaning classrooms and school grounds, and inspected the electrical, water, fire safety, and teaching equipment systems. Emphasis was placed on cleaning the school grounds both inside and outside the classrooms. The school mobilized all teachers and staff to clean the grounds and classrooms, preparing other necessary conditions to welcome students back. Student desks and chairs were cleaned and neatly arranged, creating a clean, beautiful, and friendly learning environment. Based on the school's actual situation, the school management assigned teaching schedules that matched the abilities of each staff member and teacher, ensuring fairness and objectivity to improve teaching quality.

This school year, the school is investing over 22 billion VND in the construction of a new classroom building, administrative building, and canteen. Upon completion, the project will provide an additional 20 classrooms, a canteen for boarding students, and other supporting facilities to meet the school's growing teaching and learning needs.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai, Principal of Le Van Tam Primary School, said: “The school has 50 staff members, including teachers and other personnel; 100% of the teachers have college or university degrees or higher. Following the guidance of the Department of Education and Training, the school has developed an annual plan in accordance with regulations and practical realities. In preparation for the new school year, the school's staff and teachers have actively participated in training courses and workshops to improve their professional quality; training and dissemination of regulations for drivers and student supervisors. We recognize that entering the new school year is a crucial time to build momentum for the entire year, therefore, thorough preparation of all teaching and learning conditions is our top priority. In particular, the school has meticulously organized the welcoming of first-grade students, from assigning homeroom teachers and training on new teaching methods to preparing students mentally.”

The school's staff and teachers have developed professional plans and themes that are appropriate to the educational program and the actual conditions of the school and classes. This school year, the school has actively promoted the application of information technology in management and teaching. Many teachers have dedicated time to self-study and research active teaching methods, applying information technology in lesson design to make lessons more engaging for students.

We also decorated the classroom, put up student name boards, and created a friendly learning corner to create a welcoming atmosphere for the students' introductory week and to start the new school year with enthusiasm.”

In addition to focusing on teaching quality, the school's management board pays special attention to the boarding program, ensuring nutritious and safe meals for students. Each meal is designed according to a scientifically balanced menu, suitable for each age group. The school has signed a contract with a reputable food supplier with all necessary food safety and hygiene certifications. Food delivery is carried out daily, following proper procedures and under close supervision from the school and parents to ensure that every meal served to students is fresh, clean, safe, and nutritious.

With thorough preparation and a high sense of responsibility from its staff and teachers, Le Van Tam Primary School is ready to welcome students into the new school year with confidence and enthusiasm; determined to successfully fulfill the tasks of the 2025-2026 school year.
