During the past term, in the face of many difficulties, the Party Committee of Branch 716 had many synchronous and breakthrough policies and solutions in leading the Branch to successfully complete its political tasks. Leading the implementation of comprehensive military and defense tasks, regularly perfecting combat readiness documents. Coordinating well with local forces, Party committees and authorities to maintain political security, border security and rural security. Organizing and participating in training for serious subjects, the annual training test results were 100% satisfactory, with more than 76.78% being good and excellent.

The leaders performed well the tasks of production and economic development, exceeding the targets set by the Party Congress of the Branch for the 2020-2025 term. Of which, the output of dry latex reached more than 30,777 tons, equal to 105.2% of the plan, the average productivity reached 2.05%; the production value reached more than 1,164 billion VND, equal to 105.3% of the plan; the revenue was more than 1,130 billion VND, equal to 108.41% of the plan; creating jobs and income for more than 1,100 workers with an income of 8.78 million VND/person/month. The work of building a strong and comprehensive unit "exemplary, typical", building a clean and strong Party organization achieved positive and solid results. Logistics and technical work well met the requirements of the task.

In his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Lam requested: In the coming term, the Party Committee of Branch 716 must thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the 15th Army Corps. Focus on comprehensively leading all tasks and aspects of work, in which, focus on implementing well 2 breakthroughs: "Building a team of cadres to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation and recruiting and training to ensure labor for production tasks; strengthening the management of technical processes for rubber care and exploitation, maintaining sustainable development of the garden, and stable long-term productivity".
