Taking place in an atmosphere of democracy, solidarity, discipline and innovation, the Congress is an important political event, marking a new step in Party building work, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization in the unit. With a high sense of responsibility, the Congress deeply reviewed the results of implementing the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term, frankly pointed out the limitations, and at the same time set out the directions, goals and breakthroughs in the new term.

During the past term, under the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee, Brigade 368 has completed all tasks, notably training, combat readiness, building discipline, and enforcing discipline. The average rate of good and excellent training subjects is 84.5%. The unit has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of National Defense and the Artillery Command for many consecutive years.

The Congress identified three strategic breakthroughs: Improving combat readiness, promoting digital transformation and applying science and technology in training and management; building a team of exemplary, responsible and prestigious cadres; at the same time promoting the role of setting an example, building a disciplined, disciplined, comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical".

Speaking at the Congress, Major General Vo Van Hung acknowledged and commended the achievements in the past term; requested the Party Committee to continue to uphold the principles of Party organization and activities, promote democracy, strengthen internal solidarity, build a clean and strong Party organization; contribute to improving the overall quality and combat strength, ensuring that the unit is always ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks in the new situation.

The Congress elected a new Executive Committee and delegates to the 11th Military Region Party Congress, with a high number of votes of confidence.

The successful Party Congress of Brigade 368 (Military Region 5) has created new momentum, confidence and determination for officers and soldiers of Brigade 368 to stand firm on the path of building a regular, modern, and exemplary unit in all aspects.
