Thoroughly grasping the directives, resolutions, and directions of superiors, political tasks and new requirements on information and communication work, ideological orientation, for the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Military Radio and Television Center focused on leading and directing the Center to proactively grasp the situation and tasks; synchronously deploying breakthrough solutions to improve the quality of propaganda. Accordingly, the Center has advised the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Department of Politics to develop television and radio programs to ensure timely, vivid, and effective propaganda on the dissemination, study, and implementation of the Party's resolutions and directives; on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle and the Campaign to Promote Tradition, Contribute Talent, and Be Worthy of the Title of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new period and the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; events and developments in the region and the world.

The Center is proactive, sensitive, and actively innovates content and form, and prominently propagates major events and holidays of the Party, the country, and the Army; on defense and security tasks, foreign affairs activities of the Party, the State, and defense diplomacy; training results, combat readiness, and task performance of agencies and units. The Center is one of the units that always takes the lead in the fight against " peaceful evolution", "self-evolution", and "self-transformation"; the quality of columns, programs, and propaganda effectiveness ensures interactivity, updating, orientation, combat, comprehensiveness, depth, and specificity, and is highly appreciated by leaders at all levels and the public.

Following the instructions and requirements of superiors, the Center arranged forces and successfully completed specialized and in-depth tasks on military and national defense; directly recorded and produced documentaries, educational films, video clips, serving drills and major events of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff, and the General Department of Politics. The implementation results exceeded the set target, increasing 479 video clips compared to the previous term. Technical and documentation work continued to be optimized, operated, exploited, and digitally transformed effectively. Digital media products had increasingly high levels of interaction, quick and convenient access, attracting audiences and listeners.

Along with that, the Center closely coordinates with local Party committees and authorities to well organize mass mobilization activities, policies, gratitude, and care for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers. Over the past 5 years, the Center has mobilized more than 20 billion VND (an increase of nearly 10 billion VND compared to the previous term) to organize social and volunteer activities. The activities have truly profound political, social and humane significance, creating a spread, contributing to enhancing the position, prestige, and increasing the community connectivity of the Center.

Looking back at the 2020-2025 term, it shows that the Center has made new, solid steps of development, with internal solidarity and unity; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels have been enhanced. Over the past 5 years, the Center has had 87 award-winning journalism works in various fields (an increase of 48 works compared to the previous term); 207 live television and radio programs (an increase of 140% compared to the previous term); 207 collectives and 1,707 individuals were commended (an increase of 18.6% compared to the previous term). In 3 years (2020, 2023, 2024), the Military Radio and Television Center was awarded the Emulation Flag by the General Department of Politics, and the Party Committee was commended by superiors.

The next 5 years will continue to witness the development of digital technology, of new generation media platforms, affirming the advantages of speed, strength, and convenience of social networks; press agencies inside and outside the Army are optimized in the direction of being streamlined, compact, strong, operating effectively, efficiently, and effectively, posing many opportunities and challenges for information and press work in general and the Army Radio and Television Center in particular. In particular, the Center is entering a new phase - the phase of transferring generations of leaders at all levels with many new, difficult, and specialized tasks.

Thoroughly grasping the leadership and direction of the Head of the General Department of Politics and the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics, with the motto "Firm in principles, solid in processes, proficient in expertise", the Party Committee of the Military Radio and Television Center will focus on leading and directing the Center to grasp its functions and tasks, closely follow reality, proactively advise, resolutely innovate, synchronously deploy solutions, improve the quality and effectiveness of task performance. Promote digital transformation in program production and operation and management; focus on building Vietnam National Defense Television to truly be one of the country's leading political channels, a reliable, specialized, in-depth reference information channel on military and defense with high viewership and strong interaction; truly a national backup channel. Focus on building a contingent of cadres, employees, soldiers, and workers with strong political will, good, comprehensive, and specialized expertise, with a rich material and spiritual life, creating a solid and in-depth development step, excellently completing both regular and unexpected tasks. Improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations; promote the responsibility of cadres at all levels, the exemplary vanguard role of cadres and party members, build a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong "exemplary, typical" Center, strong and typical mass organizations, the Military Council, and the Journalists' Association; step firmly into the new era of development.
