The Party Committee of the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province held the 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030

BBK - On the morning of June 21, the Party Committee of the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province held its 2nd Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrade Hoang Thu Trang, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and party members in the entire Party Committee of the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province.

The Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee currently has 06 subordinate Party cells with a total of 82 Party members. During the past term, the Party Committee has made continuous efforts and achieved many important results. Party building work has been focused on comprehensively in terms of politics , ideology and organization. The strength of solidarity and unanimity of the Party Executive Committee has been promoted, especially in leading the building of a clean and strong Party Committee and Party cells. The leadership capacity of the Party Committee and the fighting strength of Party members continue to be enhanced. In particular, the organization and implementation process is always associated with the resolutions and conclusions of the Party Central Committee.

Regarding the leadership in implementing political tasks, during the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial People's Committee Office advised the Provincial People's Committee to receive and process nearly 175,000 incoming documents, issue nearly 70,000 outgoing documents; serve more than 700 meetings; receive and serve more than 500 delegations. The advisory and synthesis work at the Provincial People's Committee Office has made important contributions to the completion of the province's socio -economic development goals.

During the past term, the Party Committee has actively studied and followed Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, promoted the spirit of "skillful mass mobilization", carried out many practical activities such as supporting the elimination of dilapidated houses, building public works, and contributing to the community with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND. The Party cells organized many social activities, connecting with the locality. Activities to support people affected by natural disasters and epidemics were jointly contributed and supported by cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, and together with the whole province to implement social security.

Comrade Hoang Thu Trang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the comprehensive advisory work of the Office, contributing to the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Thu Trang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, commended and acknowledged the achievements in the leadership of the implementation of political tasks and Party building work for the 2020-2025 term of the Provincial People's Committee Office. The provincial leaders highly appreciated the advisory work of the Office, which has contributed to the smooth direction and operation of the Provincial People's Committee.

Since July 1, when implementing the two-level local government, many comrades have asked to retire to create conditions for the work of reorganizing the apparatus, and many comrades have transferred jobs. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the retired comrades will continue to monitor and encourage the Office staff in their work. Those who have transferred to commune-level administrative units will continue to promote their capacity and strengths to contribute to the locality. For those who have transferred to Thai Nguyen province, he hopes that they will continue to promote the achievements of the Office, and when entering the new environment, they will achieve many new achievements. At the same time, he hopes that the Party members in the Party Committee will unite, continue to promote the achievements, overcome difficulties, and be determined to excellently complete the tasks in the next term.

With the theme "Promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province", 100% of delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Office of the People's Committee of the province for the term 2025 - 2030.

In his closing speech at the Congress, Party Secretary and Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Duc Chinh hoped that all Party members in the entire Party, regardless of their positions, would always uphold their responsibilities, improve their capacity and professional qualifications to meet the increasingly high requirements in the new period./.
